Organisational knowledge
Across the Hub, our staff are trained and up to date on sustainability and social value criteria, so they are better able to identify opportunities to include in procurements. -
Delivering NHS net zero
We work with our customers in the East of England to deliver NHS Net Zero, both regionally on specific procurements and as a part of the National Sustainable Procurement Forum. -
Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment support
We work with our customers to review suppliers’ evergreen credentials, so ensuring that every procurement delivers maximum benefit with regards to the sustainability agenda.

Preparation and implementation of legislation
We ensure all of our contracts are compliant with sustainability and social value legislation so our customers can be sure that they are fulfilling their obligations. We also keep up to date on upcoming legislation so customers can proactively prepare themselves for implementation.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure they are fully aware of the NHS’s sustainability initiatives and requirements, thus developing a sustainable, robust market.
